Dougray Scott (born November 25, 1965 in Glenrothes, Fife, Scotland as Stephen Scott) is a Scottish actor on television & film. Scott 1st discovered fame on the television series Soldier Soldier but was launched in film per Welsh-set Twin Town, after which he played Prince Henry around Ever After and the hero in the adaptation of Robert Harris's novel Enigma. Inside 1998, he signed to play the villain in the film Mission: Impossible II but was also due to play Wolverine in the big screen version of X-Men. Once Mission Impossible II went above schedule Scott was replaced by Hugh Jackman.
Scott is widely believed to become a leading candidate to replenish Pierce Brosnan for the role of James Attach. There were many reports that Eon Productions might shortly announce Scott swimming Attach around the next 007 escapade Casino Royale, which is placed for release in late 2006. Numerous analysts & motion-picture fan express their observations stating that Dougray Scott has several similarities to a legendary Sean Connery, the original James Attach.
